Welcome.

My name is Emma, Seetal Piara Kaur.

My path has taken many forms. From more than ten years in hospitality and later retreat catering to yoga, women's wellbeing, and pregnancy & postpartum care.

Throughout it all, what has remained the same is a deep devotion to serving others and creating spaces where people feel nourished, supported, and at home.

Crossing Thresholds

Looking back, I can see how each chapter of my life has naturally shaped what came next. That changed in 2022, when it seemed to take an entirely wrong direction. After a beautiful almost 6 months of pregnancy, my partner and I were faced with a reality we had least expected. It didn't end the way we had hoped: we had to say goodbye to our daughter.

The year that followed was marked by death in more ways than one.

It was not only the physical loss, but also the unraveling of the identities I had built around who I believed myself to be. Friendships fell away. My priorities shifted. The way I related to my partner, my family, my body, the Divine - everything changed.

I came to understand how vital it is to create time and space to move through phases like these, to honour them. During that period, I came across the words:

"Grief doesn't actually change you - it reveals you" and they stayed with me.

Stripped to my core, at times I found myself facing what felt like a bottomless hole of duality and despair. Surprisingly, it was also there that a deeper truth emerged: as women, and as human beings, we hold an innate capacity to conceive, grow, carry, nurture, and bring forth. To create something from what at first appears to be nothing, and to alchemise our sorrow into gold.

Infinite unexpected blessings

In the midst of my pain, I rediscovered some of my greatest gifts. My capacity to love and a resilience I did not know I had.

My inititation into motherhood, although perhaps the hardest experience of my life, continues to unfold as a blessing in ways I never could have imagined. It has deepened my compassion for all beings and paths, strengthened my courage and faith, and awakened a lifelong commitment to exploring what it truly means to live and serve as a woman and a mother in this time and age.

Alongside professional training and certifications, it is my lived and embodied experience that gives depth to, and forms the foundation of, the work I do now.

In the summer of 2025, after many years of dreaming, my partner and I moved to the Basque Country.

Surrounded by the ocean and mountains, and held by a slower rhythm of life, this land became the fertile ground in which the seed of URRENA could take root.

Through URRENA, I provide holistic wellbeing services for women during the many rites of passage we experience. From fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum to loss, grief, relationship endings, career changes, menopause and other moments that invite us to look at ourselves and our lives in new ways.

I offer support that is both very practical and devotional.

Whether in a one-to-one setting or in a group, we make space to slow down and bring back magic the mundane. To listen deeply, to tend to what arises, and to meet your situation with curiosity, presence, and grace. My prayer is to help you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom and strength, so that you feel more resourced, and equipped to navigate whatever it is you are moving through, and to welcome what follows with greater awareness and a deeper sense of trust.

Amor Enraizado

Love is at the heart of everything I do. My ceremonial work.
